"Then a despised Samaritan came along, and when he saw the man, he felt compassion for him. Going over to him, the Samaritan soothed his wounds with olive oil and wine and bandaged them. Then he put the man on his own donkey and took him to an inn, where he took care of him. The next day he handed the innkeeper two silver coins, telling him,
'Take care of this man. If his bill runs higher than this, I'll
pay you the next time I'm here.'
Luke 10:33-35(NIV)

We purpose to be like the despised
Samaritan in that scripture. We desire to show compassion to those who fell among the thief, Satan, who rob them of their identity, beat them, and left them for dead on the street corner or in prison. We soothe their pain, take care of the wounds, and take them to a place for ongoing care, at no cost to them. And, most importantly, help them get back into the word of God. Restoration Ministry takes those that have lost their way, beaten, robbed, left for dead, and defeated; and restore them back into a victorious life.
New Living Word Ministries
currently operates three restoration houses. Those
who enter restoration are given the key to their own |
room in one of the
houses. While in the six month restoration program, the
individuals get a structured daily routine, are found jobs, and
are completely saturated with the word of God through daily
Bible studies and mandatory attendance at ministry meetings.
In Restoration Ministry, many people have
come to know Jesus Christ. Marriages have
been saved because of husbands and wives entering restoration
together. Families have been reunited and restored, as the
women's restoration house allows children to move in with their
mothers.
