The Helps Ministry Liaison is the link between the Pastor and the leaders of each helps ministry. The ministry has expanded to include over thirty helps ministries, and it is impossible for every leader to come to the Pastor with every issue that arises.

Therefore, the purpose of the Helps

Ministry Liaison is to help bare the load of the Pastor so that  he can give his time to the Word and prayer instead of having to deal with every helps ministry issue that arises. 

The Liaison is responsible for ensuring that each helps ministry is operating in excellence.  Any problem or issue from a helps ministry is brought to the Liaison first.  The Liaison also assists in giving instructions from the Pastor to the helps ministry leaders.
